Cheri Hudgins is the definition of execution with purpose. A powerhouse entrepreneur, speaker, strategist, and community leader, she is the bold force behind multiple successful ventures—each one rooted in legacy, faith, and service.
She is the Founder and Visionary Lead Consultant of Three Ladies and a Plan, a business consulting firm created to support Black and Brown entrepreneurs with strategic planning, structure, and real solutions—not just talk. Known for her ability to create connections, build partnerships, and keep everyone moving, Cheri is the woman who takes vision and makes it move with power.
She is also the Founder and Creative Director of Styled and Staged, a luxury event furniture and décor rental company that was born after she was told “no” one too many times. Instead of begging for a seat, she built the whole damn table. Today, Styled and Staged curates high-quality rentals and custom looks for events that leave a lasting vibe.
But Cheri’s leadership doesn’t stop there.
She is the Chief Operating Officer of Sharon’s Senior Services, a family-led legacy of care that includes adult day services, personal care homes, and senior wellness programs. Carrying the torch lit by her mother, Sharon Kelly, Cheri leads with compassion, business acumen, and a deep understanding of how to serve both clients and community.
As a mother of three amazing sons and a proud grandmother, Cheri’s legacy is both personal and professional. She builds empires not just for herself—but for every woman who’s ever been told to wait her turn.
Whether she’s launching Toss and Shake (her health-forward salad and dressing brand), mentoring future CEOs, hosting events, or elevating Black women through curated experiences, Cheri shows up with heart, hustle, and a plan.

April B. Lloyd serves as the Compliance and Standards Lead Consultant at Three Ladies and a Plan, where she brings over two decades of expertise in healthcare, legal consulting, and case management to support small businesses in building ethical, efficient, and sustainable operations. With a unique background as a registered nurse, certified case manager, and legal nurse consultant, April is the go-to strategist for aligning business practices with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and long-term accountability.
At Three Ladies and a Plan, April ensures that clients—especially Black and Brown entrepreneurs—are not just building businesses but building them right. She specializes in identifying risk, creating compliant workflows, and embedding quality assurance into daily operations so that businesses can grow with confidence and integrity.
Known for her calm authority and purpose-driven leadership, April blends clinical precision with a heart for advocacy. She uses her legal and medical insight to help clients navigate complex processes while staying grounded in their mission. Whether she’s crafting compliance checklists, reviewing standard operating procedures, or leading consultations on best practices, April stands as a trusted voice of clarity, quality, and care.

Christin McWhorter brings over two decades of heart-led experience in community outreach, healthcare advocacy, and empowering underserved populations. She’s the behind-the-scenes thinker and planner who thrives on structure, systems, and seeing the bigger picture come to life. While she may not always be front and center, Christin’s vision, strategy, and steady leadership support everything Three Ladies and a Planstands for.
Her career has centered on building programs that support older adults, expand access to care, and connect communities—especially those underserved—with meaningful resources. She’s the backbone of big ideas, making sure they don’t just sound good but actually work.
As the logistics and strategy lead for Three Ladies and a Plan, Christin brings calm to the chaos and clarity to the vision. Whether it's designing processes, planning initiatives, or mapping out next steps, she leads with purpose and compassion—helping Black and Brown entrepreneurs grow with intention and impact. Her work has always centered on equity, advocacy, and action.
Christin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a certified health educator, and a community builder at heart. When she’s not mapping out someone’s next big move, you’ll find her volunteering, mentoring, or spending time with her family.
